1. What kind of warranty do you offer on the products, materials, and finishes you specify?
We work exclusively with trusted vendors and premium suppliers, using high-quality materials and finishes. Every element is carefully selected and professionally overseen to ensure exceptional results. If any product or finish we’ve specified shows defects outside of normal wear and tear, we’ll coordinate a resolution at no additional cost to you. 

2. How do you guarantee the quality of installation and execution?
We work exclusively with highly skilled professionals and trusted collaborators, maintaining rigorous quality control at every phase. When you hire us, you gain access to a vetted network of partners we’ve cultivated over more than 25 years — ensuring excellence in craftsmanship, execution, and attention to detail from start to finish. 

3. What are the deliverables of The Executive Clarity Session?
In this focused, 2-hour session, you’ll gain:

  • Strategic insight tailored to your home or workspace
  • Clear alignment between your space, goals, and lifestyle
  • Expert recommendations for high-impact decisions
  • The confidence to avoid costly missteps and elevate your environment into a competitive advantage.

This isn’t a generic design consultation — it’s a live, high-level strategy session where clarity meets purpose.
 
4. How long is the waiting time to start a project after the Design Strategy session?
Due to high demand and our commitment to personalized, high-touch service, there is currently a 2 to 3 month wait to begin new projects. Timing depends on the complexity of active and upcoming work. If you're ready to move forward, we recommend scheduling your design session early to secure your place on our calendar. 
5. What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy for Design Strategy sessions?
Each strategy session is thoughtfully prepared for you — with review of your details, research, and team collaboration before we even meet. To honor this commitment and maintain schedule integrity, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Design Strategy sessions are non-refundable but can be rescheduled. Changes made within 48 hours of your appointment incur a $250 administrative fee; outside that window, no fee applies. 
6. Do you offer remote Design Strategy sessions or is an in-person meeting required?
We offer both remote and in-person sessions, depending on what suits your project and location best. In-person availability is limited and subject to our current project calendar and travel schedule. If travel is required, additional fees may apply.
