From there, we finalize the scope, confirm alignment, and secure your retainer, officially launching the project

Implementation & Project Management Phase

This is where your vision becomes reality — seamlessly and strategically.

We guide procurement, facilitate the bidding process, oversee construction progress, and coordinate installation, styling, and final walkthroughs on your behalf. Acting as your advocate, we coordinate trades, track timelines, resolve punch lists, and ensure your space is executed exactly as envisioned — intentional, elevated, and ready to live beautifully.

Design Development Phase

Your vision begins to take shape.

We conduct a full site assessment with the necessary trades, develop detailed spatial layouts, refine the architectural concept, and carry out comprehensive interior design, including the selection of materials, finishes, and, when required, furnishings to complement the overall vision. We coordinate with structural, civil, and other specialty engineers to integrate all technical requirements and deliver a complete permit-ready drawing set.

You’ll then receive your Look & Feel presentation — an immersive experience showcasing your future space, complete with preliminary estimates and clear next steps to keep your project moving forward confidently and smoothly.
